Mitko Karushkov respects your privacy and is committed to protecting and respecting it through compliance with this Privacy policy (the “Policy”), as well as with the applicable laws and regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the EU ePrivacy Directive (the “Data Protection Regulations”). Mitko’s communications and services are effectuated and facilitated through physical, online, electronic, digital, voice, visual, audio or text exchanges of information, data and documents (the “Data Flows”).
Any and all Data Flows are subject to the following practicalities and standards:

16. The E-mail address, to which the notice of material change as per item 15 above shall be sent, shall be the active and deliverable E-mail address usually used within Data Flows by the relevant individual. No mass mailing or similar techniques shall be used.
